Returns & Exchanges

At Chairus, we want you to love your home seating; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture is returned in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original box with all hardware, instructions, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
